Routine dental health reviews

The Hygienist is a particularly excellent advertisement for her trade and for Envisage as a company. She appears most interested in her patients and as I detest visits to a hygienist she captivates as well as engages. My allocated dentist is also extremely amenable sometimes overly so, even subservient, which I'm not used to or comfortable with.

The dentist was very caring and spoke to me throughout the appointment.

I was booked in for a check up but a couple of days beforehand I broke a tooth. They were able to allocate me a little more time to allow the check up and a filling to take place.

The friendliness and the way i was put at ease

I noticed a filling had come out at 9am, and by 11.30am I had a new filling in place, not a temporary one a brand new filling, no extra charge as I am on denplan. EXCELLENT service that I can't fault

I have never enjoyed the dentist, but since coming to Envisage West moors the whole team are wonderful. I no longer feel anxious before attending and cannot recommend the team enough.

The advice given to prevent further gum issues

My first visit was very encouraging. The staff were friendly and helpful and Rami talked through the process in detail. After a thorough check up I only have a couple of sensitive teeth and he even gave me some toothpaste to help.
